KURNEFF PATENT INTERNATIONAL established in 2001 by Mr. Kurnia who has long experienced as Patent and Trademark Attorney. This Firm is one of fast growing IP Firm in Indonesia. In the beginning, we had only 3 assistant for patent and 2 assistant for trademark. Now, we employe 5 patent examiner for various diciplines, 9 trademark assistants and 8 staffs. We, now, having more than 100 clients from all over the word.

Mr. Kurnia has his Bachelor degree in Law from University of Trisakti (Indonesia) and Master of Comparative Law (MCL) from School of Law - University of Technology, Sydney (Australia), majoring in Intellectual Property Law. Before he established his firm, he worked in Amroos law consultant. Mr. Kurnia has a licenses as Registered Intellectual Property Attorney and as Attorney at Law, attending before the Court. His long experiences either in IP practice or as an Attorney at Law made him become well known in IP matters.

ISWENDY SOHE, SH., MH

Mr. Iswendy Sohe is a Bachelor in Law from Sriwijaya University, Palembang, Indonesia. He also has a Master-of-Law degree from University of Indonesia majoring in Criminal Law. His 8 years career in Intellectual Property Rights might him to be expertise in intellectual property matters and now become the partner of Kurneff Patent International.

Mr. Gifa has his Bachelor degree from one of private University in Indonesia majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He also has long experience as Patent Examiner, Mr. Gifa has demonstrated his remarkable professional skills in almost every aspect of patent management. .

Ms. Indira has her Bachelor degree from one of private University in Indonesia, graduated her master degree in Intellectual Property Rights Law in USA. She has joined with Kurneff Patent Trademark International since 2001, being in charge of all aspects of trademark matters.
